Harvest Healing Retreat

Harvest Healing Retreat

In the practice of deep listening we realize that we truly are enough, just the way we are in the world. Restorative yoga is a practice that allows us to surrender completely, while being supported and guided into deep relaxation. Going deeper into the healing aspects of restoration, can bring up old stories and memories that have been buried deep within the cells of our being. Hidden and tucked into corners we never thought could be exposed ... but alas, when triggered just perfectly, they always find a way to resurface. The stories that we have not come to peace with, have an important roll in our life path. True wellness is not the absence of troubles but rather a life where we feel okay no matter whats going on around us. When we truly feel we are enough, our creativity springs from a deeper place, where our head and hearts are aligned.

For the majority of the retreat, you will be supported and bolstered in restorative yoga postures on a mat. You will be encouraged to completely surrender. The only "hard" work you need to do, is to completely let go, and open to the powers of your organic life flow that resides within.

During the retreat, Virginia and Jennifer will be around to offer gentle bodywork while you are resting in postures.  They may also use warm stones, healing crystals, essential oils and sound bowls to deepen the healing practice.

Rejoice and celebrate your accomplishments, let go of your stories, and realign to your true authentic life path.  Come drift away in this deeply restorative healing mini-retreat and reclaim your wholeness.

Cost:  $40

This Special Solstice Healing Event will include Restorative Yoga with a Sound Bath, Aromatherapy, Healing Stones, and Energy Work. Summer Solstice Healing Restorative Retreat

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year. A time to welcome summer, the season of light and joyfulness. As the sun moves to its highest point it’s a wonderful time to increase our awareness by celebrating the warmth and energy in our environment while also celebrating our own inner light. Yogic teachings speak of the sun as an inner source as well as an outer source of energy that is within each of us. We all have our own inner sun and our goal in yoga is to awaken to that inner light.

We will begin with a moving meditation then turn inwards as we move into a deeply grounding restorative yoga practice. Join us for this special celebration to awaken the light within and honor the healing energy of Mother nature.

Cost: $40

**Our healing retreats are much more than a yoga class.  We are consciously creating space for participants to share in collective, transformational, and powerful healing.  Depending on our monthly theme, this often requires considerable planning, preparing and purchasing of certain items.  With this, we are asking that a non-refundable payment is due at time of registration. **

Crystal Grid Healing Restorative Retreat

“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” Albert Einstein

Grids are everywhere in our world. They are found throughout nature: in the perfect spiral of a sunflower, the magical curves of seashells, in the cells of honeycomb, or hidden in the beauty of a single snowflake.

Crystal grids have been used for thousands of years. Crystal grids are used to make a group of crystals vibrate higher so their metaphysical properties are magnified. Using crystal grids in your spiritual practice has many benefits – including deepening your meditation practice, cleansing your space, manifesting, and/or raising the vibration of your home.

Whether you are slightly familiar with crystals, use them every day, or have never even touched one, making a crystal grid is a fun, fulfilling, and meditative practice that can help you increase your vibration, connect deeply, and tap into your divine nature.

During this retreat you will create your own unique crystal grid. Then surrounded by the healing energies of your grid we will release slowly and deeply into a healing restorative yoga practice.

Restorative Retreat - "The Secret Healing Garden"

"I drift away in a day dream.  When I awake, there is a beautiful golden orb, warm and nourishing, its rays shining down upon me as I lay in a bed of lavender flowers.  Here I see birds flitting from tree to tree, flower to flower, and in and out of the white puffy clouds.  Here everything feels, tastes, looks and smells perfect.  I am weightless, confident and radiant.  This is my secret garden."

Healing comes in many forms.  Restorative yoga is one of them.  We are passionate about restorative because of it's simplicity, depth and lasting affects.  With gentle facilitation, this  practice, is primarily self guided and directed.  We assist you in and out of the postures, then you steer the ship and are the guide for the journey in between.  Postures are all lying down on the mat, bolstered with props and held for up to 20 minutes.  During this time we will offer gentle massage and energy work to assist you to release deeper into relaxation.

This month we invite you to join us for a journey to your secret healing garden, unlocking pure potential for months and possibly years ahead.

Cost: $40

Healing Retreat - Renewal & Rebirth under a Blue Moon

March 2018 is a special month, not only because it’s when the Spring Equinox occurs, but also because it will host two full Moons—one on the 1st and another on the 31st! The second full Moon is called a Blue Moon.

On the threshold of spring, we begin to notice a quiet awakening within. The intentions that we set during the long days of winter, may have laid dormant these past months, but now we see the first green heads pushing through and realize that the dawn of something new is upon us. Spring is the season of hope and renewal & rebirth when, encouraged by the increase of light and warmth, we find the energy to take the necessary action that can propel our new beginning into full awakening.

Restorative Healing provides a perfect time to bring your attention inward, manifesting and inviting seeds of change to be planted.

Cost: $40

Jennifer and Virginia offer monthly restorative retreats that incorporate a specific theme, energy/bodywork, sound bowls, aromatherapy and healing stones.  Restorative healing is personal and very healing for those who are ready and open to the process.  As hosts, they provide a safe, non-intimidating environment for participants to explore this potential.   They look forward to sharing this healing space with you when you are ready.

February Healing Retreat - Roots of Love

Join us for a divine healing retreat this month.  We will tap into the deepest part of who you are through your heart center.  Opening and expanding the heart from the base of its roots assists in bringing your truest essence to the surface.  Living life from the heart center is radiant and beautiful ... and unbelievably magnetic.  Our goal is to make this retreat a space of healing that allows you to explore what it means to tap into the heart.

With an ambiance sure to be inviting, we will welcome you into a space enveloped in beautiful aromas, romantically lit with candles and the sense of peace in the air.  Collectively, sharing in healing space to transform the heart center.  Here you will be exposed to empowering self care techniques, with restorative yoga at the heart and foundation of the class.  Bring a friend or loved one with you, so the two of you can make note on what it takes to tap into the divine.  Leave feeling reunited with your roots to the heart center, ready to share and bask in these rich gifts of love.

For the majority of the retreat, you will be supported and bolstered in restorative yoga postures on a mat. You will be encouraged to completely surrender. The only "hard" work you need to do, is to completely let go, and open to the powers of your organic life flow that resides within.  No yoga experience necessary.

Cost: $40

Registration CLOSED - We are full.  We hope you consider joining us for our next one!

January Healing Retreat- Out of the darkness and into the light

January Healing Retreat- Out of the darkness and into the light

In the midst of the cold dark winter we will explore the benefits of darkness and shine light inward. Our Healing Restorative retreat will include an alter with candles and salt lamps. We will explore the power of Mantras and learn how to incorporate them into our daily lives.

The Tantric philosophy, which Hatha (translation sun/moon) yoga is based on,  focuses on embracing all sides of life, the light and the dark. The premise of the non-dual Tantric philosophy is that we are not separate from the Divine, but rather are one with it, and therefore any experience we should face, no matter how difficult and painful, is a divine experience to be embraced as an opportunity for growth and learning. Sometimes at the darkest moments in life, in the depths of vulnerability we find exactly what we need to heal.

“It doesn't matter how long we may have been stuck in a sense of our limitations. If we go into a darkened room and turn on the light, it doesn't matter if the room has been dark for a day, a week, or ten thousand years - we turn on the light and it is illuminated. Once we control our capacity for love and happiness, the light has been turned on.” Sharon Salzberg

For the majority of the retreat, you will be supported and bolstered in restorative yoga postures on a mat. You will be encouraged to completely surrender. The only "hard" work you need to do, is to completely let go, and open to the powers of your organic life flow that resides within.  No yoga experience necessary.

"Rejoice & Celebrate" Restorative Healing Retreat

"Rejoice & Celebrate" Restorative Healing Retreat

This month Virginia and Jennifer plan to assist and encourage you to "Rejoice and Celebrate" in your stories. Encouraging your true life path to become exposed ... awakening and enlightening your soul to shape shift and start to take form.

For the majority of the retreat, you will be supported and bolstered in restorative yoga postures on a mat. You will be encouraged to completely surrender. The only "hard" work you need to do, is to completely let go, and open to the powers of your organic life flow that resides within.

Rejoice and Celebrate your accomplishments, let go of your stories, and realign to your true authentic life path.

Additional Information:

This mini-retreat will combine the restorative yoga practice with therapeutic grade essential oils, specifically chosen for each yoga pose, to promote overall health and well-being, relaxation, and stress reduction. Essential oils are the pure essence of a plant and have been found to provide both psychological and physical benefits. When restorative yoga and essential oils are incorporated into a single practice, your whole body is brought into a deep relaxed state, allowing your mind to become quiet and reflective, bringing your body into blissful balance.

While resting in savasana you will experience the amazing benefits of sound healing. Sound Healing is a form of vibrational medicine, using Tibetan Singing bowls, which helps to balance all aspects of your being – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Tibetan Singing bowls are hand- hammered from seven sacred metals (Gold, Silver, Copper, Tin, Mercury, Iron & Lead) giving each a unique frequency and vibration (which correspond to your chakras).

Come drift away in this deeply restorative healing session and reclaim your wholeness.

Cost:  $40
