Yoga, a beautiful and artful moving meditation, that connects us to ourselves and the world at large. It is the union of the breath coupled with our movement that allows us to deepen the experience of who we truly are as a person. Each day and each practice is different for all of us, the focus for this class will be to invite your body to go inward, listen deeply, and move fluidly with your breath … letting prana flow uninhibited. Leave feeling more grounded, centered and connected.
Children are welcome with an adult. All levels welcome.
