Morning Yoga Flow

Start your day off with a mindful, revitalizing practice. Beginning with breathing exercises and a warm-up, we will move into yoga postures (asanas), flowing movements, strengthening exercises, and finish with a deluxe savasana (relaxation pose) including optional massage and gentle adjustments. There will be room for everyone, regardless of experience, as the class is designed to meet you where you are. The goal is to have fun, safely articulating and inhabiting your body and life in ways that support strength, movement, flexibility, ease and joy.
