Looking to burn some calories while getting toned and fit? Come get your sweat on with this fun Tabata workout.
The intention of this class is to work both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. Exercises specific to increase cardiovascular and muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility. With a strong focus on form, breath and movement. Using the tabata model, you will perform quick burst of exercise, with a short rest. Exercises are performed primarily with body weight, but will use resistance for some. You will be surprised how fit you can become with this short and quick workout! No experience necessary. Those who are new to tabata will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and to only go to the intensity that is comfortable for them. This is a non-competitive and fun exercise class and great for all ages.
Children are welcome with an adult. All levels welcome.
