All Levels - Fitness Class
Saturdays April 7, 14, 21, 28 and May 5
Come get your sweat on! The intention of this class is to increase flexibility, agility and strengthen the heart, body and spirit. With a strong focus on breath, movement, and form. This will be a unique combination of meditation, yoga and circuit training. A magical combination! All levels welcome. Children 8yrs+ are welcome with an adult.
