All Levels - Fitness Class
Come get your sweat on! The intention of this class is to increase strength, build endurance, and enhance agility and mobility. With a strong focus on breath, movement, and form. This will be a unique combination of meditation, yoga and circuit training. A magical combination! All levels welcome. Children 8yrs+ are welcome with an adult.
