Come get your sweat on! This 60min class is designed to build strength and endurance, improve balance, agility and mobility, along with teaching mindful connection to the body. There is a strong focus on breath, movement, and form. A unique and dynamic combination of meditation, yoga, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Classes begin and end with meditation and grounding techniques, while the heart of the class will be circuit training. Progressions and regressions for certain exercises will be offered to accommodate all levels. Some classes will also offer hands on therapeutic stretching. Please bring your own yoga mat, water and towel.
All levels are welcome, including children and teens.
Thursdays 6-7pm at 92 Lower Main St. Morrisville, VT (last class 7/19)
Saturdays 8-9am at The Oxbow Park, Morrisville, VT (last class 7/21)
