In our very busy go-go world it is often challenging to find time for just YOU. The practice of restorative yoga is not always that simple to settle into, especially when we are so wired to be connected or engaged in doing something, but when we do finally arrive, the healing benefits are profound. I invite you to join me as I hold space for you to unwind, go within, and be that silent witness. Letting go of the to-do list, the agenda for the week, and allowing yourself to arrive home … to you.
The practice will include guided meditation, breath work, and a handful of relaxing yoga postures. All ages and levels are welcome, no yoga experience necessary, just a willingness to surrender and let go.
