Come get your sweat on! The intention of this class is to work both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. Working to increase strength, flexibility, and improve agility. With a strong focus on form, breath and movement. Using the tabata model, you will perform quick burst of exercise followed by a very short rest. Exercises are performed primarily with body weight. You will be surprised how fit you can become with this short and quick workout!
Class begins with meditation and breath work, followed by 20minutes of tabata, and ending with stretching and relaxation. A unique combination. Children 8yrs+ are welcome with an adult. All levels welcome.
