Looking to rise to new heights?
Tap into some mountain strength and join us for a 6week series at Elmore Mountain! We will meet at the lower parking lot just across from the beach house. From there we will hike for 10-15mins warming up the body. Where ever our legs take us, there is sure to be an interesting and welcoming playground to do our tabata workout! Which comprises of short bursts of exercise with a quick rest in between reps. After we get ourselves good and sweaty we will either decide collectively or independently to continue hiking, run the catamount trail, turn back and head home, or just hang out laugh and share stories.
The intention is to gather together, create community and share in natures healing vibrations, all while strengthening and toning the body! Free spirited and non-competitive.
Children and babies are welcome! Babies are great to bring for added resistance.
