MORNING MEDITATION

If you struggle to find time to meditate during the day, here is a suggestion on how to get at least 5mins in.  

START with coffee, tea or warm beverage in hand ...

REST your chin on your mug gently ...

ALLOW your eyes to close ...

FOCUS your attention and awareness on the smells of your beautiful cup of warmth ...

INHALE

EXHALE

SMILE

Slowly breathing in and out   

Feel the steam on your cheeks, lips and face

Allow yourself at least 2min's of mindful breathing

Before taking your first sip, reflect upon how grateful you are for the simple pleasures of a warm cup of comfort

Create an intention for the day

INHALE feeling your intention fill your belly, ribs and chest ...

EXHALE sending your intention out into the world ...
