           Jennifer Moody, CMT

Jennifer is a spiritual guide, leader, and artistic healer.  Taking and transforming wellness to a higher level.  She is here to bring you closer to your true authentic self. She received her 500hr Massage Therapy Certification from The Wellness Massage Center & Institute in St. Albans, VT and has her MBLEx.

Her style of bodywork is extremely integrative and intuitive, making each treatment unique to the individual.  More important than her education, is her intention and connection. Jennifer’s approach to her work is deeply moving and energetic.

More than just a massage, true deep healing and transformation is what one should expect from their experience with her.  Jennifer's personal goal is to have tremendous impact on the world one person at a time.  Planting the seeds of inner compassion in each person she works with.  The art of letting go and deep surrender allows the light to shine brighter within ... opening and expanding the heart creates vibrations of love and light.  More of what our world is desperately calling for.

Cheryl Small

bodyworker & yoga instructor

Cheryl’s approach to massage and yoga is very holistic. From a young age she became aware of and fascinated by people’s energy bodies and was able to see beyond just the physical being. This ability has become an integral part of her work as she specializes in helping people connect to their own subtle energy, see beyond “what meets the eye”, and truly understand what complete wellness means for them. She is also trained in Swedish, Hot Stones, reflexology, prenatal, myofascial and trigger point therapy, deep tissue, sports massage, and Reiki.

Cheryl hopes to combine her years of bodywork experience with her yoga to create a safe nurturing space for people to connect to their true self, find and live their purest potential, and utilize that inner strength that will sustain and nourish them through all of life’s challenges.
