Summer Camps 2018

Mountain Adventure Camp 2018

"A place where we encourage children to get dirty!"

This summer we are excited to be offering two full day summer camps at Lake Elmore State Park.  Jennifer Moody and Heather Schleupner, along with some other cool local adventurers, will be leading the charge.  Your children will be fully immersed in outdoor activities from 8-4pm.

A week with NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES ... children will be challenged through group activities, to use their minds and bodies to explore, create and adventure in nature.  What a way to enjoy the summer days and have your children be tired when they get home!

When in nature we are guided intuitively to explore, inviting our imagination to expand, and soon possibilities of trying new things become endless.  Here are some of our offerings we hope to include during the week, but also leaving room for the wave of creatively inspired minds to guide us.

  • Boating - paddle-boarding, canoeing and kayaking.
  • Swimming
  • Hiking
  • Mtn Biking - bikes are not provided and must be brought by camper.
  • Yoga & Mindfulness Activities
  • Games
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Wilderness Activities
  • Survivor Challenges
  • Healthy Cooking
