This is a 6-week mindfulness and yoga program tailored for young students grades K-3. It aims to develop self-regulation skills, foster a sense of inner calm, and promote intentional, thoughtful actions that can be integrated into everyday life. The curriculum includes guided yoga practices, mindfulness exercises, and reflective activities designed to support emotional and mental well-being. Snack is provided.
