Saturday, June 13th

Session 1: 12:00pm-2:00pm Ages 5-8

Step through the ivy-covered gates and into the Secret Garden!  Through the magic of yoga, we will embark on an epic quest to explore the hidden corners of the garden, meeting its mythical inhabitants along the way.

Upon arrival little adventurers will visit the Potion Station for a sprig of fresh herbs and an herbal iced tea.  Then, as we move through the mythic tale, we’ll use yoga poses to bring this story to life. We’ll find our balance as fluttering fairies perched on flowers, build our fire as mighty dragons, and root down deep like the enchanted trees that keep the garden’s secrets. Along the journey, we’ll create magical affirmation cards from dragon scales and receive a gemstone heart to take home.

This is more than just a class—it’s an immersive adventure designed to build confidence, focus, and mind-body awareness. Children will develop their strength and flexibility as they navigate the challenges of the quest. Come prepared to move, breathe, and let your imagination take flight!
