Time: 5:30-7pm

Date: Friday, April 17th

One way of enhancing wellness, that encourages a sense of belonging, is to practice together. This monthly community practice not only focuses on practicing our yoga on the mat, but we also spend time afterwards practicing off the mat strengthening our compassion towards one another!

We will start with a 45 - 60 min Vinyasa practice, that is suitable for all levels, and close with sharing food and stories possibly outdoors (weather pending) around the fire. A light snack will be provided.
