Afterschool program K-6
This is an 8-week mindfulness and yoga program tailored for young students. It aims to develop self-regulation skills, foster a sense of inner calm, and promote intentional, thoughtful actions that can be integrated into everyday life. The curriculum includes guided yoga practices, mindfulness exercises, and reflective activities designed to support emotional and mental well-being.
Middle & high students independent study
This program offers Middle and High School students a valuable alternative to traditional physical education by focusing on yoga, mindfulness, and various other wellness techniques. It provides a personalized approach that allows students to enhance their overall wellbeing in a supportive and flexible environment. Participants earn 0.5 PE credits upon completion, and the curriculum can be adapted to meet the specific needs of each student and school, ensuring a tailored experience.
Retreats
These offerings will vary in both length and content depending on the theme. Retreats provide students with a valuable opportunity to engage in a deeper, more immersive experience focused on reclaiming and enhancing their personal wellness. Intention is for the students to rest, renew and rejuvenate. Each retreat differs in its specific content and duration, but the overall goal remains consistent: to help participants renew their personal power and create meaningful space for intentional stillness and calm within both the body and mind.
workshops
These programs offer a more hands-on and structured curriculum designed to help students enhance and develop specific skills in a focused manner. Some workshops may be conducted over the course of a single day, while others might consist of a series of classes spread out over several sessions.
