The Community Circle

A journey through the Limbs of Yoga. Our collective goal is to enhance our wellbeing through positive social interaction and movement. We practice together in a non-judgemental space, grounding ourselves through asana and pranayama (postures and breath work) practice. Each month, we explore a different “Limb” of yoga to guide our practice on the mat and our conversations after around the fire.

Logistics:

  • Starting inside with meditation and pranayama to ground us, following with a 45min Gentle asana practice to bring energy and vitality to the body.

  • From our practice we will head outside to enjoy some food and the fire - weather permitting! Please bring a little something to share.

  • Free of charge and all props/equipment provided.

  • No yoga experience necessary and open to all ages.

  • Optional donation to benefit our Community Scholarship Fund for the Independent Study Program.
