The Community Circle

A 12-Month Journey Through the Limbs of Yoga. Our collective goal is to enhance our wellbeing through positive social interaction and movement. We practice together in a non-judgemental space, grounding ourselves through asana and pranayama (postures and breath work) practice. Each month, we explore a different “Limb” of yoga to guide our practice on the mat and our conversations after around the fire.

Logistics:

  • Starting with a 45-60 min All Levels Vinyasa Flow

  • Sharing food and stories around the fire - weather permitting (please bring a little something to share)

  • Free of charge and all props/equipment provided

  • No yoga experience necessary and open to all ages.
