Step through the ivy-covered gates and into the Secret Garden! Through the magic of yoga, we will embark on an epic quest to explore the hidden corners of the garden, meeting its mythical inhabitants along the way.
Upon arrival little adventurers will visit the Potion Station for a sprig of fresh herbs and an herbal iced tea. Then, as we move through the mythic tale, we’ll use yoga poses to bring this story to life. We’ll find our balance as fluttering fairies perched on flowers, build our fire as mighty dragons, and root down deep like the enchanted trees that keep the garden’s secrets. Along the journey, we’ll create magical affirmation cards from dragon scales and receive a gemstone heart to take home.

A journey through the Limbs of Yoga. Our collective goal is to enhance our wellbeing through positive social interaction and movement. We practice together in a non-judgemental space, grounding ourselves through asana and pranayama (postures and breath work) practice. Each month, we explore a different “Limb” of yoga to guide our practice on the mat and our conversations after around the fire.
Logistics:
Starting inside with meditation and pranayama to ground us, following with a 45min Gentle asana practice to bring energy and vitality to the body.
From our practice we will head outside to enjoy some food and the fire - weather permitting! Please bring a little something to share.
