Ashtanga is a beautiful, focused, and disciplined practice that offers a set sequence of postures. It emphasizes core elements such as pranayama (breath control), bandhas (energy locks), and asana (postures) to cultivate a deep mind-body connection. We take our time in this practice and students are encouraged to go at their pace, meeting themselves right where they are at, any given day. All levels are welcome!
