Sharing a gentle hip and shoulder routine that you may find to be quite lovely and beneficial at the start or end of your day. Take your time in each of the postures, allowing yourself to spend a minute or even longer in each position. Focus on your breath as you move, letting it guide you, and relax deeply into the posture. Remember to relax, surrender to the moment, and allow yourself to smile as you embrace this time for self-care.
